Tina Thomas is a freelance writer, editor, and consultant for MyChesCo.com. She is the former Executive Director (2003-2017) at the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care in Malvern, PA. Prior, she was the Board of Directors Liaison (1999-2003) at HMP Global.
Tina is highly skilled in Association Management, Communications, Finance/Budgeting, Strategic Planning and Implementation, Marketing/Promotion, Membership Recruitment/Retention, Multidisciplinary Boards/Governance, Staff & Volunteer Management and Engagement, and Meeting Facilitation.
She is an “outside the box” strategic thinker who is adept at problem-solving and meticulous with finances – courageous at tackling challenges, finding and/or creating solutions and putting them into action all while managing budgets to a T.
Additionally, Tina has an outstanding reputation for writing and editing across various communication channels, along with thorough reporting skills – can anticipate needs and questions, while crafting ideas/proposals/reports/press releases/promotional material and messages into clear, articulate and accurate written form extremely quickly.
