Upcoming Tree Removal: Route 926 (Street Road) in Westtown Township, Chester County

Lane closures with flagging

WESTTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that Asplundh Tree Expert Company will perform tree removal operations beginning next week on Route 926 (Street Road) in Westtown Township, Chester County.

The work schedule and location are as follows:

  • Tuesday, September 5, through Saturday, September 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a lane closure with flagging is scheduled weekdays including Saturdays on Route 926 (Street Road) between Westtown Road and Butternut Road.

PennDOT is advising motorists to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
