WILLISTOWN TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that utility construction by PECO Energy will disrupt traffic on Paoli Pike in Willistown Township, Chester County.

Starting Monday, July 29, Paoli Pike will be closed and detoured between Frazer Avenue and Grubb Road. This closure will be in effect on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM through Friday, December 27. During these hours, motorists will be directed to use Paoli Pike, U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue), Valley Road, and Devon Road.

Local access will be maintained up to the work zone. However, drivers should anticipate traffic backups and delays. Extra travel time is advised. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

PECO Energy will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
