Pipe Replacement to Slow Traffic on Pennock Bridge Road

FRANKLIN TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that pipe replacement work will cause traffic disruptions on Pennock Bridge Road in Franklin Township, Chester County next week.

On Tuesday, June 11, and Wednesday, June 12, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Pennock Bridge Road will be closed between Route 841 (Wickerton Road) and Guernsey Road. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 841, Avondale Road, and Guernsey Road. Local access will be maintained.

Drivers should allow extra time when traveling near this area as backups and delays are expected. All activities are weather dependent.

PennDOT aims to enhance infrastructure with this project.
