What to Expect for Motorists

Travel lanes will be restricted on these state highways to allow for the repair of deteriorating pavement areas. This operation will result in intermittent lane closures and potential slowdowns near work crews. All these activities, of course, will hinge on the weather, making them weather-dependent.

Motorists are being advised to stay alert during this operation and reminded not only to slow down in the work zones but also to refrain from distracted driving. Ensuring safe roads for all means keeping both the motoring public and the hardworking road repair personnel out of harm’s way.
