WILLISTOWN TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced that paving activities will commence next week in Chester County.
From Monday, August 12, through Friday, August 16, a lane closure will be in effect on Cedar Hollow Road between Jacqueline Drive and West Central Avenue. The closures will be in place from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily for the duration of the project.
Motorists should anticipate delays and are advised to plan extra travel time when navigating through the work zones. All scheduled activities depend on favorable weather conditions.
Highway Materials, Inc., based in Flourtown, Montgomery County, has been contracted for this project. The initiative is fully funded by state resources, ensuring the infrastructure improvements are carried out efficiently.
PennDOT encourages drivers to exercise caution and patience while traveling through these areas, as the paving efforts aim to enhance road safety and improve driving conditions.
