FRANKLIN TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced a temporary closure of Clay Creek Road in Franklin Township next week for pipe replacement work.

The closure will be in effect on Tuesday, March 18, and Wednesday, March 19, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The affected section of Clay Creek Road lies between Auburn Road and Garden Station Road. Motorists will be directed to follow a detour using Auburn Road, Penn Green Road, Starr Road, and Garden Station Road.

Local access will remain available during this time. PennDOT advises drivers to allow extra travel time when navigating around the work zone, as delays and backups are anticipated. All planned operations are weather-dependent.
