Wilmington Man Sought in CVS Retail Theft Case

WEST CHESTER, PA — The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department has announced that an arrest warrant has been issued for 33-year-old Cody King of Wilmington. Delaware.

King is wanted on charges of Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Possessing Instruments of Crime.

Authorities state that on August 14, 2023, the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department investigated a theft that occurred at the CVS located in Thornbury Township, Chester County. As a result of an investigation, 33-year-old Cody Steven King from Wilmington, Delaware was identified as the suspect who is alleged to have stolen over $400.00 in merchandise from the store and fled on foot.
