EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Township Police Department is actively seeking the public’s help in locating 24-year-old Frank A. O’Toole, who is wanted for alleged terroristic threats related to a harassment and domestic violence matter.

An arrest warrant was issued for O’Toole on November 23, 2023, under Docket No. CR-332-2023 by District Court 15-4-3.

The police department is urging anyone with information about O’Toole’s whereabouts to come forward. The public can contact the West Whiteland Township Police Department directly at 610-363-0200 or submit tips online here.

An arrest warrant is not a determination of guilt. It simply alleges that a crime has been committed. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
