EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department has arrested 45-year-old Adam J. Jastrzebski on charges of witness intimidation, criminal use of a communication facility, and harassment. The arrest took place on October 26, 2023, on Commerce Drive in Exton, Pennsylvania.

Jastrzebski, already under scrutiny for a prior robbery and serious bodily injury case, found himself once again in the crosshairs of law enforcement. This time, he is accused of intimidating a witness, an act that carries severe penalties under Pennsylvania law.

Alongside witness intimidation, Jastrzebski faces charges of criminal use of a communication facility, suggesting that the alleged harassment was likely carried out through electronic means. Harassment, another serious accusation, adds further gravity to the situation.

The West Chester Police Department had previously announced the arrest of Jastrzebski, who hails from Aston, PA. He has a criminal history extending beyond Pennsylvania’s borders, with a warrant for aggravated assault out of Delaware.

The case against Jastrzebski is now proceeding through the legal channels. As always, it is important to remember that every individual is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The West Whiteland Police Department is encouraging individuals with additional information related to this case to come forward to aid in the ongoing investigation.
