WEST CHESTER, PA — The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department announced the arrest of a 59-year-old woman following a theft investigation.
Carolyn Scorzetti from West Chester has been charged with Theft By Unlaw Taking, Receiving Stolen Property, and Harassment.
According to Authorities, on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police received a complaint in reference to the theft of mail from the 1600 block of Valley Dr in East Goshen Township. Following an investigation, charges were filed against 59-year-old Carolyn Scorzetti.
Information, a criminal complaint, or an arrest is not a declaration of guilt. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
