West Chester Police Arrest Philadelphia Man for Receiving Stolen Property

WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Police Department has arrested a 28-year-old man from Philadelphia, identified as Rasheed Walker, on charges of receiving stolen property.

The alleged incident took place on September 15, 2023, at around 9:04 PM. Officers from the West Chester Police Department spotted a vehicle, in the 50 block of University Ave, displaying a stolen license plate.  An investigation identified the operator of the vehicle as Rasheed Walke, who was taken into custody.

The West Chester Police Department has charged Walker with one count of Receiving Stolen Property.

Walker’s preliminary hearing is pending at District Court 15-1-04.

Information, a criminal complaint, or an arrest is not a declaration of guilt. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
