NEW CASTLE, DE — Delaware State Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred Tuesday evening at an electronics warehouse in New Castle.
Authorities say the incident took place on January 28, 2025, at approximately 5:21 p.m., at Wireless World, located on Cirillo Circle. According to the initial investigation, an unidentified male suspect entered the business and began placing electronic devices into a bag.
A confrontation ensued when an employee attempted to intervene, during which the suspect allegedly brandished a handgun and pointed it at the employee. The suspect then fled the scene with the stolen merchandise, heading towards a wooded area near the industrial park.
Police describe the suspect as an unidentified male wearing dark clothing. No surveillance footage or images are currently available.
