WEST CHESTER, PA — Authorities in West Chester are handling a case involving two juvenile males following an incident that led to assault charges. On the morning of October 21, 2024, at approximately 11:06 AM, officers from the West Chester Borough Police Department responded to a call regarding a physical confrontation in the 100 Block of East South Street.
Upon arrival, law enforcement reviewed video footage that captured the altercation. The surveillance showed one juvenile aggressively engaging another by striking him, repeatedly pushing him to the ground, and subsequently kicking him in the face. This footage was instrumental in the police’s decision to proceed with formal allegations against one of the juveniles involved.
As a result of the incident, a juvenile allegation was documented, citing charges of simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct. These charges have been forwarded to the Chester County Juvenile Probation Office for further review and action.
