Alexander Xoi-Pop faces a range of charges, including aggravated assault and terroristic threats, after the alleged altercation in the 500 block of East South Street.

According to Kennett Square Police, officers responded to the scene after reports of a physical dispute. The victim informed police that Xoi-Pop had allegedly punched her in the face, causing bleeding that stained her clothing. During the investigation, authorities observed visible markings on the woman’s neck. She stated the injuries were from an argument two days prior, during which she alleged Xoi-Pop had strangled her.
