BEAR, DE — Delaware State Police are investigating a robbery that occurred at a 7-Eleven store on Pulaski Highway Monday evening.
Authorities report that the incident took place on December 23, 2024, at approximately 7:49 p.m. when an unidentified male suspect allegedly approached a store employee and demanded they open the cash register. During the confrontation, the suspect reportedly implied he had a firearm and threatened to harm the employee.
The employee complied with the demands, and the suspect fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. Officials described the suspect as a black male dressed in dark-colored clothing. Currently, no surveillance footage or images have been released.
The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Robbery Unit is overseeing the investigation and continues to seek information about the case.
