EXTON, PA — Authorities in West Whiteland Township have issued an arrest warrant for 26-year-old Zhamire Tejon Newton, citing allegations of felony retail theft and an additional related charge. The warrant, signed and dated February 27, 2025, pertains to an incident at 229 W. Lincoln Highway in Exton, Pennsylvania.

Newton is described by officials as a Black male, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. No photograph of the suspect has been made available to the public at this time.

The charges against Newton, listed under court docket number CR-69-2025, include one count of retail theft graded as a third-degree felony, along with a separate additional charge. The West Whiteland Police Department is actively seeking the public’s assistance in locating Newton.
