EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department has announced a warrant for the arrest of 35-year-old Kasey M. Webb, who is wanted for failing to appear in court on drug-related charges. Webb, a white male, is facing allegations of possessing a controlled substance as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.
