PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department’s Central Detective Division is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an individual sought in connection with an alleged act of vandalism at the District Attorney’s Office.
According to authorities, the incident occurred on January 27, 2025, at approximately 1:04 a.m. The suspect is accused of using rocks to damage property at the office located at 3 South Penn Square. The vandalism reportedly resulted in the shattering of the front door glass and the cracking of two windows.
Police have released video footage and still images to help the public recognize the suspect. He is described as a Black male wearing glasses, a knit hat, a hooded sweatshirt, a dark jacket, blue jeans, and brown shoes.
Residents are advised not to approach the individual if spotted. Instead, they should immediately call 911. Those with information about the suspect or the incident are encouraged to contact the Central Detective Division at 215-686-3093 or 215-686-3094. Tipsters can also call 215.686.TIPS (8477) and remain anonymous.
Officials remind the public that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
