PARKESBURG, PA — The Parkesburg Borough Police Department announced the arrest of 19-year-old Gerson Valle-Dominguez on Monday, April 8, 2024, following a Highland Township investigation that led to the issuance of a criminal arrest warrant in March.

Authorities allege that in April of 2023, Valle-Dominguez was involved in an incident where he possessed a loaded handgun and discharged the firearm from a roadway in the vicinity of the 100 block of East Highland Road in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. Further, the police claim that Valle-Dominguez does not hold a valid permit to carry a firearm, compounding the severity of the allegations against him.

The arrest of Valle-Dominguez does not equate to a declaration of guilt. As with all individuals accused of a crime, Valle-Dominguez is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
