Parkesburg Man Arrested on Multiple Counts of Terroristic Threats

PARKESBURG, PA — A local resident. Stephan Omar Toney. was arrested following a domestic disturbance.

According to the criminal complaint, on October 12, 2023, the Parkesburg Borough Police Department responded to a dispatched domestic disturbance at the 100 block of Chestnut Street, resulting in the arrest of Stephan Omar Toney, aged 40.

Toney was charged with four counts of terroristic threats and related offenses. Following his arrest, he was transported to central booking.

The accused was later arraigned by District Judge Hipple. The bail for Mr. Toney was set at $50,000.00 cash. Despite the bail amount, Toney was remanded to the Chester County Prison.

A preliminary hearing for Toney has been scheduled for October 19, 2023. The hearing will take place at the Parkesburg District Court.
