Oxford Police Seek Suspect in 2011 Sexual Assault Case

OXFORD, PA — The Oxford Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating Raymundo Guzman, 41, of Hockessin, Delaware, in connection with a sexual assault case from 2011. Authorities allege that Guzman sexually assaulted a child at a friend’s residence in the Borough.

The incident was reported in 2016, and since then, multiple attempts have been made to locate Guzman. Police describe Guzman as a Hispanic male, standing 5′ 8″ tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Charges against Guzman include aggravated indecent assault of a victim less than 13 years old, aggravated indecent assault of a child, corruption of minors, and unlawful contact with a minor for sexual offenses.

Oxford Police urge anyone with information about this incident or Guzman’s whereabouts to contact them at 610-268-3171.

As with all criminal cases, these charges are allegations. Guzman is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
