OXFORD, PA — The Oxford Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating William McClure, 57, of Oxford. Authorities allege that McClure was taken into custody during a traffic stop on May 1, 2021, after a warrant from Maryland and narcotics were found in his possession.

McClure was supposed to appear for a preliminary hearing in July 2021 at the Oxford District Court but failed to do so. He now faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

McClure is described as a white male, standing 5′ 10″ tall, and weighing approximately 175 pounds. He has gray hair.

Police are urging anyone with information about McClure’s whereabouts to contact them at 610-268-3171.

As with all criminal cases, these charges are allegations. McClure is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
