WEST CHESTER, PA — The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for a man from Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Kim David Maguire, age 68, is facing charges of indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct following an incident at the East Goshen Township Park.
According to the criminal complaint, on October 31, 2023, at 11:45 a.m., officers were dispatched to the park, located at 1661 Paoli Pike, after receiving reports of a male subject exposing himself. Upon arrival, officers identified the subject as Maguire.
Following further investigations into the incident, an arrest warrant was issued on November 2, 2023. The warrant was issued under the authority of District Court 15-1-02, with the docket number MJ-15102-CR-0000228-2023.
The police department is now appealing to the public for additional information. Anyone who was present in East Goshen Park during the incident and witnessed Maguire’s actions is encouraged to contact Det. Jason Diamond or Lt. David Leahy at 610-692-9600.
