Newtown Square Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure at East Goshen Park

WEST CHESTER, PA — On Monday, the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department apprehended Kim David Maguire of Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The arrest followed an incident that occurred on October 31, 2023, at the East Goshen Township Park, where Maguire was reported to have exposed his genitals.

According to the criminal complaint, the police department received a dispatch to East Goshen Township Park, located at 1661 Paoli Pike, at 11:45 a.m. on October 31st. The call came in reporting a male subject in the park behaving inappropriately, specifically, exposing himself in public. Upon arrival at the scene, officers were able to identify the suspect as Kim David Maguire.

Following a thorough investigation into the incident, an arrest warrant was issued for Maguire on November 2, 2023. The charges listed in the warrant included Indecent Exposure, Open Lewdness, and Disorderly Conduct.

The arrest took place four days later on November 6, marking a swift response by the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department.

Indecent Exposure is a serious offense in Pennsylvania, punishable by imprisonment and fines, depending on the severity of the crime and the offender’s criminal history. Similarly, Open Lewdness and Disorderly Conduct are also considered significant violations.
