EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department continues its search for one of Chester County’s Most Wanted, 30-year-old Alvin Daniels. The suspect is wanted on multiple charges, including rape and statutory sexual assault of a person less than 16 years old.
Daniels, a black male, stands 6’1″ tall and weighs approximately 190 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. The warrant was granted by the District Court 15-4-03 on October 24, 2023, with the docket number CR-309-2023.
The police department reports that Daniels is also wanted for nine other charges. These include involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor relating to sexual offenses, and communication with a minor involving sexual abuse. Charges of child pornography, restraint of a minor risking bodily injury, corruption of minors, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of instruments of crime, and indecent assault of a person less than 16 years of age have also been filed against him.
