Man Wanted on Terroristic Threats, Stalking and Harassment Charges

KENNETT SQUARE, PA — The Kennett Square Police Department announced it has issued an arrest warrant for 35-year-old Juan Castro-Fernandez. The warrant was issued on April 3, 2023, and is in connection with charges of Terroristic Threats, Stalking, Harassment, and other related charges.

According to the criminal complaint, a domestic incident was reported to the police that was not in progress. The victim advised officers that Castro-Fernandez had threatened them and followed them in an unknown vehicle, as well as causing damage to a window and their ring camera at their residence. After reviewing the footage from the camera, officers filed charges at District Court 15-3-04.

Kennett Square PD is asking for the public’s help in locating Juan Castro-Fernandez. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Kennett Square Police Department at 610-444-0501 or anonymously online here.
