Know This Person? Police Seek Help in Finding Felony Theft Suspect

EXTON, PAWest Whiteland Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for 28-year-old Dimitri Horvat in connection with allegations of felony retail theft. Authorities are now asking for public assistance in locating the suspect.

The warrant was issued on March 17, 2025, by District Court 15-4-03 and is filed under court docket number CR-92-2025. Horvat is described as a White male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Residents who may have information about Horvat’s whereabouts are urged to contact the West Whiteland Police Department at 610-363-0200. Tips can also be submitted anonymously online.

Officials remind the public that an arrest warrant is not evidence of guilt, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless proven otherwise in a court of law.
