Help Police Catch the Culprit: Your Tip Could Solve the Philadelphia Bank Vandalism

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Central Detective Division of the Philadelphia Police Department is appealing to the public for assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a series of vandalism incidents targeting three TD Bank locations in the city. Surveillance footage has been released in hopes of gathering additional information from the community.

On the evening of October 30, 2024, between approximately 10:27 p.m. and 10:43 p.m., an unidentified individual allegedly used bricks to shatter the glass doors of three separate bank branches located at 1500 JFK Blvd., 1900 Market Street, and 1726 Walnut Street. The suspect is described as a black female, last seen wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, and gray shoes.

Authorities urge anyone who recognizes the individual or has pertinent information regarding the incidents to contact the police immediately. Citizens are advised not to approach the suspect if encountered. Instead, they should call 911 or submit tips anonymously via phone or text to 215-686-TIPS (8477). All information provided will be kept confidential.
