Have You Seen Him? Police Search for Man Wanted in Felony Theft Case

EXTON, PA — Authorities in Exton are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with felony retail theft and related allegations stemming from an incident earlier this year.

The West Whiteland Police Department has issued a warrant for the arrest of 41-year-old Jose Manuel Lopez. According to court records, the warrant was approved on April 10, 2025, under Docket No. CR-132-2025 by District Court 15-4-03. Lopez is accused of retail theft and receiving stolen property following an alleged incident at the Kohl’s store located at 229 W. Lincoln Highway in Exton, Pennsylvania.

Law enforcement described Lopez as a Hispanic male standing 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Officials have not shared additional details regarding the alleged theft or the value of the items involved.

The West Whiteland Police Department is urging anyone with information about Lopez’s whereabouts to come forward. Members of the public can contact police at 610-363-0200 or submit a tip online to assist in locating the suspect.

Authorities emphasized that Lopez, like all individuals accused of a crime, is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
