Have You Seen Him? Local Man Wanted for Alleged Check Fraud Scheme

EXTON, PA — Authorities in Chester County have issued an arrest warrant for Lukary McCall, 30 years of age, who is wanted in connection to allegations of access device fraud tied to a check washing operation.

The West Whiteland Police Department announced that the warrant was issued on January 20, 2025, by the Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-4-3. McCall is accused of receiving stolen property and engaging in access device fraud as part of the alleged scheme.

McCall is described as a Black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Law enforcement has asked for the public’s assistance in locating him, encouraging anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact the West Whiteland Police Department at 610-363-0200 or submit a tip online.

It is important to note that all charges are allegations at this stage, and McCall is presumed innocent unless and until he is proven guilty in a court of law.
