Have You Seen Her? Police Seek Help in Credit Card Fraud Case

PARKESBURG, PA — Authorities in Parkesburg have issued a felony arrest warrant for a local woman accused of stealing a credit card and using it fraudulently multiple times.

The Parkesburg Borough Police Department launched an investigation after receiving a complaint on January 4, 2025, regarding the theft of a credit card from a residence located in Highland Township. Detectives determined that the suspect, identified as 38-year-old Amanda Lynn Wagner, allegedly carried out the theft and used the stolen card repeatedly for unauthorized transactions.

On March 19, 2025, a warrant for Wagner’s arrest was secured through District Court 15-3-07. She is facing charges that include Access Device Fraud, Identity Theft, and related offenses.

Wagner is described as a 38-year-old white female, standing 5 feet 5 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes. She weighs approximately 175 pounds.
