At approximately 7:20 a.m. on February 24, officers responded to the area of Vandever Avenue and Locust Street after receiving reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they located a 33-year-old man who had sustained a gunshot wound. The victim was promptly transported to a nearby hospital, where he remains in stable condition.
