EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Township Police Department announced the arrest prior to requisition of 23-year-old Tamaaj Padgett.
Police say that Tamaaj Padgett was taken into custody Monday, July 17, 2023, on 20 Pottstown Pike in Exton, PA as an alleged fugitive from justice.
Arrest prior to requisition refers to the apprehension of an individual with an arrest warrant issued by another state. This warrant may be based on charges related to evading justice, escaping from custody, or violating conditions of release, such as bail, probation, or parole.
