OXFORD, PA — The Oxford Borough Police Department announced that a felony arrest warrant has been issued for 37-year-old Jordan Dennis Russell of Honey Brook, Pennsylvania for theft charges.
The criminal complaint alleges that in November 2022, a local auto repair shop along the 200 block S Third Street, Oxford Borough reported to police a vehicle they had completed over $3,000 of repairs on was stolen from their parking lot. The shop owner and police attempted numerous times to contact the vehicle owner, Jordan Dennis Russell of Honey Brook PA (formerly of Oxford). Without being able to verify the location of the vehicle, Oxford Borough Police then entered the vehicle as Stolen and continued to attempt to locate Russell.
On May 22, 2023, Russell was pulled over in the said vehicle in the area of Honey Brook. Russell reportedly confirmed he picked up the vehicle from said auto repair shop. Russell was given another opportunity to pay for the services rendered. Without any follow up from Russell, the Oxford Borough Police Department has now issued a felony arrest warrant for theft of services.
Authorities are encouraging Russell to turn himself in to the Oxford Borough Police Department to be arraigned on these charges.
