POTTSTOWN, PA — Authorities are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an individual allegedly involved in a theft at a local convenience store.

The North Coventry Township Police Department reported that the incident occurred on September 14, 2024, at the Wawa located at 1417 South Hanover Street. At approximately 5:41 a.m., an individual allegedly stole $40 in U.S. currency from another customer within the store.

Officials have released an image of the person believed to be involved in the incident as part of their ongoing investigation. They urge anyone with knowledge of the person’s identity or relevant details regarding the theft to contact the North Coventry Township Police Department at 610-323-8360.

Investigators remind the public that all information is subject to change as the case develops and new facts may emerge. It is also emphasized that individuals linked to criminal complaints are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
