According to police, the suspect, described as a Black male between the ages of 50 and 60 years, allegedly shot and killed the victim after the collision. Authorities have noted that the man has long, grey dreadlocks, grey facial hair, a medium build, and is considered tall in stature.
The suspect was last seen operating a dark-colored Chevrolet SUV, described as a small or mid-sized model. Investigators believe the vehicle may have sustained front or right-front damage consistent with the accident.
