At approximately 3:25 a.m., officers from the 22nd District were dispatched to the 1100 block of Cumberland Street following reports of a mass shooting. Surveillance footage retrieved from park cameras at the intersection of 11th and Cumberland Streets shows the suspects inside a late-model Nissan Altima. The vehicle is described as having a charcoal gray color with tinted rear and side windows, five-spoke aluminum alloy wheels, and no visible license plate.
The suspects are described as follows:
- Suspect #1, the driver, is a male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a face mask.
- Suspect #2, the passenger, is a male dressed in a black jacket layered over a gray hooded sweatshirt, also wearing a mask.
Officials urge the public not to approach these individuals if spotted but instead to contact emergency services immediately by dialing 911.
