WEST CHESTER, PA — The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department has announced arrest warrants have been issued for 25-year-old Jayson Johnson from Brooklyn, New York, and 19-year-old Sequanne Madden from Queens, New York following a theft investigation.
Johnson and Madden have both been charged with Retail Theft, Criminal Conspiracy, and releated criminal offenses.
The criminal complaints allege that on August 8, 2023, the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department was dispatched to the Walgreens in Thornbury Township, Chester County, for a retail theft that just occurred. Two suspects entered the store and removed black trash bags from their pockets and began to clear shelves of over-the-counter- medications and products. In total, over $3700.00 in merchandise was stolen. The duo allegedly committed numerous retail thefts throughout Chester and Delaware Counties during a four-hour time frame.
After an investigation, Jayson Johnson from Brooklyn, New York, and Sequanne Madden from Queens, New York were both identified as suspects. Subsequently, arrest warrants were issued for their arrest.
