WEST WHITELAND TOWNSHIP, PA — An arrest warrant has been issued for Quamisha N. Davis, 30, who failed to appear in court on a trespass charge, according to the West Whiteland Township Police Department.

The warrant was issued on December 1, 2023, by District Court 15-4-3 under court docket number CR-334-2023. Davis is facing one count of defiant trespass, an offense that involves entering or remaining in a place despite being explicitly told by the owner or occupier to leave.

Davis allegedly did not comply with the legal requirement to present herself in court to respond to the trespassing charge, leading to the issuance of the arrest warrant.

The West Whiteland Township Police Department is urging anyone who sees Davis or knows her whereabouts to contact them at 610-363-0200 or submit a tip online here. They advise the public not to approach or attempt to apprehend Davis themselves but to inform the police department immediately.

Information, a criminal complaint, or an arrest is not a declaration of guilt. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
