Arrest Warrant Issued for Felony Retail Theft Suspect

EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department has issued a felony arrest warrant for 49-year-old Damon Sterling in connection with retail theft and related charges.

Authorities describe Sterling as a White male, approximately 5′ 6″ tall and weighing 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The warrant was issued on March 12, 2025, by District Court 15-4-03 under court docket number CR-89-2025.

Police urge anyone with information on Sterling’s whereabouts to contact the West Whiteland Police Department at 610-363-0200. Tips can also be submitted online.

Law enforcement emphasizes that criminal charges are allegations, and Sterling is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
