PARKESBURG, PA — The Parkesburg Borough Police Department has secured an arrest warrant for Justin Wilson Perez, a 31-year-old male resident of Chester County. The charges against Perez include Domestic Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and related offenses.
The criminal complaint alleges that on September 11, 2023, officers responded to a domestic disturbance call from the 500 block of West First Avenue in Parkesburg, Pennsylvania. Upon arrival, the police found that Perez had already fled the scene. However, they were able to speak with the victim and note visible injuries. Further investigations revealed that children associated with this incident had been neglected.
Perez is described as a Hispanic male, standing 5’7″ tall, weighing 150 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. The arrest warrant was officially issued on November 12, 2023, under Court Docket No. MJ-15307-CR-0000250-2023 by the District Court 15-3-07.
