WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Police Department announced the arrest of a 68-year-old man on assault charges.
Dale Hugan has been charged with simple assault, criminal mischief, and harassment.
The criminal complaint alleges that on August 2, 2023, at approximately 10:45 AM, officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 600 Block of W. Market Street. After an investigation, 68-year-old Dale Hugan was taken into custody without incident.
A preliminary hearing is pending at Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-1-01.
