UPPER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced plans for significant stormwater improvements scheduled to begin next week on County Line Road. The project will take place between Princeton Road and Route 232, impacting both Upper Southampton in Bucks County and Lower Moreland in Montgomery County.

From Monday, October 7, through Friday, October 11, motorists should anticipate lane closures from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM due to curb and paving operations. These improvements aim to enhance roadway drainage systems, reducing the risk of flooding and improving overall road safety.

Drivers are advised to allow extra travel time as delays and backups are expected throughout the work period. As the schedule depends on weather conditions, motorists are encouraged to stay informed about current road conditions by visiting the MyChesCo Traffic Center, offering real-time updates and alerts around the clock.
