PHILADELPHIA, PA — Xavier Creative House (XCH) has announced the appointment of Jami Rogers as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, effective October 8. Rogers brings more than two decades of marketing leadership experience, particularly in healthcare brand promotion and launch strategies.
In her new role, Rogers will spearhead XCH’s integrated sales and marketing operations, aiming to enhance the agency’s growth and market footprint. She will focus on aligning marketing efforts with the company’s core values while optimizing strategies to exceed revenue targets.

Before joining XCH, Rogers was a Principal at Envision Pharma Group and served as Director of Marketing at Alpha Cognition, Inc. Her career also includes significant roles at Urovant Sciences, Aerie Pharmaceutical, Edwards Life Sciences, and Pacific Communication. Rogers holds a BA in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton, and a Healthcare Marketing Certification from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
