WARRINGTON, PA — A woman was arrested at the Hampton Inn in Warrington, Pennsylvania, following allegations of causing a disturbance and resisting arrest.

The Warrington Township Police Department responded to reports of a disturbance at the hotel, located at 201 Metro Drive, at approximately 9:56 P.M. on December 22, 2023. Upon arrival, officers encountered a man who claimed he had brought 49-year-old Lucretia Hysock from Bensalem to the Hampton Inn in Warrington.

According to the man’s account, Ms. Hysock allegedly began causing a disturbance in their hotel room. Despite his request for her to leave, she reportedly refused. Hotel management also expressed their desire for Ms. Hysock to vacate the premises, but their requests were similarly disregarded.

Upon entering the room, officers described Ms. Hysock’s behavior as erratic. When informed she was under arrest, she allegedly resisted, leading to an escalation of the incident.

A criminal complaint was filed at District Court and Hysock has been charged with Defiant Trespass and Resisting Arrest.

It’s important to note that these are allegations, and Ms. Hysock is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
