Wilmington Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Missing Local Man

WILMINGTON, DE — The Wilmington Police Department is urgently appealing to the public for assistance in locating a missing local man, Bobby L. Pipkin.

Pipkin, aged 42, was last seen in the area of 4th and Jackson Streets at approximately 7 p.m. on November 26, 2023. He was reportedly driving a black 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander with Pennsylvania registration LJY4214 at the time of his disappearance.

Described as a Black male, Pipkin stands 6’4” tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes.

This appeal comes amid growing concerns for Pipkin’s safety. He was last seen leaving a family member’s 70th birthday party on South Van Buren and Chestnut Streets earlier that day. His disappearance during the Thanksgiving weekend has left his family and local community in a state of worry and confusion.
