WILMINGTON, DE — On November 11, at approximately 2:00 p.m., the Wilmington Police Department’s Uniformed Services Division responded to a distress call from the 1300 block of North Walnut Street. The call was in reference to an alleged attempted robbery.
After conducting a preliminary investigation, the police identified Jaquan Reeves, aged 28, as the primary suspect in connection with the attempted robbery. Reeves was taken into custody without incident following the identification.
Reeves is now facing charges of Attempted Robbery in the Second Degree. After being arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 11, he was sent to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution. A secured bail has been set at $6,000 for his release.
