Wilmington Man Arrested on Drug Charges in East 9th and Pine Streets Area

WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police arrested a man on drug charges on January 30. Members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were patrolling the area of East 9th and Pine Streets when they reportedly observed a male individual involved in suspected drug-related activity.

Officers approached 52-year-old Durrell Dollard, who was taken into custody without any reported incidents. Upon his arrest, police recovered .46 grams of crack cocaine.

Dollard has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Following his arraignment in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas, Dollard was released on $4,000 unsecured bail.
