WARRINGTON, PA — The Warrington Township Police Department has made an arrest in connection with an alleged retail theft that occurred on May 10, 2023, at the Ulta store located at 1561 Main Street, Warrington, PA.

Police were alerted to the incident on May 11, 2023, which involved an unknown male and female who reportedly entered the store and selected fragrances worth $1092.00. The suspects are alleged to have concealed the merchandise and left the store without paying for the items.

Following a thorough investigation, Warrington Police identified one of the suspects as 20-year-old Dorien Marquese Brown from Bridgetown, New Jersey. A criminal complaint was subsequently filed at District Court resulting in an arrest warrant being issued by Judge Wertman.

On January 10, 2024, Brown was arrested at Philadelphia International Airport as he attempted to travel to the Dominican Republic. Brown was transported to the police station for processing, and following arraignment by Judge Wertman, bail was set at $100,000 or 10% cash. In addition, Judge Wertman ordered Brown to surrender his passport.

While this arrest marks a significant development in the case, it is crucial to remember that a criminal complaint or an arrest is not a declaration of guilt. All suspects, arrestees, or defendants, including Brown, are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
